Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by fulfilling various responsibilities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Assist with inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a tidy store environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and in a team.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
