Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, demonstrating the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Proficiency in general cleaning duties and following company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
