Full-Time Store Associate

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and clean while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate clearly with management, and provide feedback on products.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
