Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to offer customers an exceptional shopping experience. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company procedures and maintain store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
