Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining store cleanliness, you will be an essential part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
