Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat stocking of shelves.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to contribute to store improvement.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, deliver courteous service, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience and High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
