1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, and participating in inventory counts. If you are detail-oriented, able to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborates effectively with team members.
• Adaptable to pressure and challenges.
• Efficient in organizing and executing tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
