1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's dynamic team. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, with various shift schedules available to accommodate different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks independently and collaboratively within the team.
• Follow ALDI Acts competencies for quality, safety, collaboration, and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
