1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, notifying management as needed.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and execution efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and more.
• Working in varying temperatures and safely using equipment.
