1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect and report on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise.
• Work in varied temperatures and operate equipment safely.
