Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide feedback for process improvement.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in various temperature environments.
