1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse worker, your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving stock, sorting and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. You will also be involved in inventory management, ensuring product quality, and contributing to process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and engage in physical tasks.
