Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance, and collaborating with the team to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and notify management of issues.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientious work ethic and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and driven for success.
- Efficient in organization and execution.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
