Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a part of our store associates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
