Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and orderly store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure compliance with cash policies.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • A blend of education and experience matching the role's requirements.
