Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and orderly store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure compliance with cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
