Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent to the role
