Job Description

We are looking to hire a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
