Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Provide feedback to management, monitor inventory, and adhere to company policies
- Operate cash register and equipment efficiently and handle alcoholic beverages per regulations
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
