Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the store meets ALDI's high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
