Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, assisting customers, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an asset.
