Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring product availability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the store's appearance.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
