We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
