Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
