Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and report any issues.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and other tools.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
