Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with team members, stocking shelves, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide superior customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
