Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.

- Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
