Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store staff, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring store cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping environment for customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
