Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day store operations, driving performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
