Job Description

We are excited to offer a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager position at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing inventory levels, and leading a team to success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
