Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for supervising store personnel, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store's overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide product feedback and recommendations to store management.
- Supervise team tasks, resource allocation, and customer interactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, merchandise products, and ensure quality and freshness.
- Assist in product ordering and adherence to company policies.
- Lead and train store personnel, contributing to their development.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Basic arithmetic and computer skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.
