Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
