Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the store's operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide top-notch customer service.
- Maintain a tidy and well-stocked store by organizing shelves and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential environment.
- Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
