Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards in merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
