Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store cleanliness. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
