Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is an asset
