Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers competitive pay at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, perform cashiering duties, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management, including monitoring accuracy and participating in counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
