Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies, communicating effectively, and working both independently and in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
