Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with team and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Proficiency in using equipment and following cleaning procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Meet all state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.
