Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties and ensure excellent customer service
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Provide feedback on products and assist with inventory counts
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
