Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members. This position requires working 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
