Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and most importantly, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with our team to maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean store environment while delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management and store maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Operate cash registers and store equipment accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
