Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, follow company procedures, and contribute to the store's success.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and general cleaning.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Follow inventory procedures, monitor accuracy, and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.
- Comply with company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.
- Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.

- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
