Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Type

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
- Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality of data
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
