Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Capable of operating a cash register efficiently.
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
