Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Process customer purchases and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
