Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat stocking of shelves.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
