Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. This role offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred
