Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor the accuracy of stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Handle equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Follow company policies with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
