Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Communicate clearly with the team and store management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies while upholding document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience preferred.
