Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and welcoming for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report inventory issues and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
