Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
